You have 30 days from receiving your order to write to us if the product did not meet your expectations.

You can return one used oil per order (if you buy more, the rest are subject to the standard returns policy).

The product cannot be empty – we just want to know that you tested it and didn't use it all up.

The refund only applies to the first purchase of the product.

Enter:
– order number
– bank account number
– reason for return (we want to learn and improve!)

Return the product at your own expense.

You will receive a full refund within 14 days – including shipping costs (if paid).

Your refund will be made via the same payment method you selected when purchasing.
