Delivery

Free shipping is automatically granted if the order is PLN 199 or more.

Shipping costs depend on the selected shipping method and payment method (prepayment is required). Amounts are provided on the order fulfillment page.

The total order processing time includes the time required to ship the product (24 hours) and the delivery time. Order processing (including delivery) typically takes 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery methods include delivery by InPost or DPD courier and delivery to the following points: InPost Paczkomaty and Orlen Paczka.

Payments

Payments are handled by Shopify Payments and Paypal.

You can pay securely via BLIK, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Credit/Debit Card, Klarna deferred payments.

All available payment methods are made available at the order fulfillment stage.

Returns

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, in its original packaging, and the seal securing the box must be intact. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

If your return is approved, please pack the returned item in the original box or use your own and ship it to our address. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted. The package will be returned at the customer's expense.
